I’m a proud mom of four fun (and sometimes crazy) kids. They definitely keep me on my toes. I’m a big kid at heart and married to an even bigger one! I consider myself to be an optimist and always try to have fun. Life is way too short to be so serious all the time. I have two “must haves” … sweet tea and cappuccino. With them, I can accomplish anything — ha!
I LOVE my job and feel extremely blessed to make a living doing something I’m passionate about. And I’m as honored to witness life’s little miracles come into this world as I am for people to instill trust in me to capture and preserve memories of their newborns and children. Did I mention I love my job?
I grew up in Arkansas (go Razorbacks!) where meals consisted of cornbread, peas and sweet tea (yum!). There, dinner means lunch, “awallago” means earlier today, and evening is pronounced “eve-nin.” After moving to Oklahoma I realized everyone here has an accent but me. I live with four kids and this husband guy and I often think, “What are these people doing in my house?” LOL! And I’m usually torn between the idea of writing a book for frazzled moms or reading one.
I heart babies. I heart photography. Put them together and what do you get? Iheartbabiesiheartphotography. Think I’m a little sarcastic yet? I’m good with that. And I heart what I do.
Our studio is located in the heart of Owasso and just miles away from some wonderful fields and local parks.
We take a limited number of clients each month so that we can give you an awesome experience from start to finish and customize the session to you.
And we want you to relax while we work with your little one. Expect to be treated with warmth and respect from the moment you enter the studio. Our studio was designed with a comfortable yet stylish sophistication in mind.
When you arrive, you will have everything you need to feel at home including a baby changing station, a lounge area, and some snacks to help make your session as stress-free as possible. We want to take the pressure off families as much as we can. If parents have a certain style in mind or specific theme they’d like for the shoot, we can usually make it happen. But if parents don’t know or feel overwhelmed, there’s no need to worry; we’ll provide everything from outfits and props to banners and bunting. Literally the only thing you will need to bring is your baby or toddler.
We keep a constant rotation going of all things adorable to style your baby’s photo shoot. Whole prop walls are hung with tiny baby clothing like tutus and rompers, knitted caps and outfits, bloomers, and wraps for newborns.
For first birthday smash cake sessions, we provide the custom cake and setup.
